Triathlons come in a variety of sizes. If you're planning to race in a triathlon, here's a little information that will help you find the right one for you!

Sizes:

Training Length
0.5k swim, 20k bike, 5k run

Short Course (marathon equivalent event)
1.5k swim, 40k bike, 10k run

Long Course
1.2-mi swim, 56-mi bike, 13.1-mi run

Ultra Course (ironman)
2.4-mi swim, 112-mi bike, 26.2-mi run
