This one is great for your biceps and your upper back muscles.

Bend at your waist, with your left foot placed in a forward position, with the knee slightly bent. Lean on this knee with your left hand, keeping your back as straight as possible.
Now raise your right hand towards your waist, allowing yourself to feel your back muscles working. Bring your elbow up as high as you can. Without stopping, return your arm back down to the starting point.
